This is a quick guide on how to use an alternative masterserver in your game client.
For the 1.1x client you can set /set x_master "1" in the in-game console or add set x_master "1" to config_mp.cfg.
For the other versions 1.1 and 1.5, follow the instructions below.
Download the following legacy CoDMP.exe and replace it with your existing legacy CoDMP.exe.
Make sure to keep your original CoDMP.exe for when the Activision masterserver comes back online.
