The slots are available on a first come, first served basis. There are a very limited number of slots!
Downloads
A clean copy of the game (optional, but highly recommended)
Extract the files. Create a shortcut of CoDMP.exe (maybe on your desktop?). Right click on the shortcut, go to Properties > Target.
Append this +set cl_motd 0 and click 'Ok'.
It should look like this:

Additionally, you might want to adjust your game settings and/or controls, in this copy, according to your preferences/requirements.
A few recommended settings:
